The Meeting and Travel Coordinator’s work supports the following Unidata funding proposal focus areas:

Community Outreach and Services

Participation in the following: 
    • Provide support to Users and Policy Committee members as well as staff members

    • Assist the Users and Policy Committee members as well as staff members in their travel, hotel, and catering arrangements for meetings.
    • Provide support for Unidata's staff members local workshops.

    Planned Activities

    Ongoing Efforts

    Plan to continue the following activities:
    • Staying abreast of new travel regulations

    • Collaborating with Training Workshop Coordinator to assist in planning of Training Workshop

    New Activities

    Plan to organize or take part in the following:
    • Provide support to ABoVE Meeting

    • Plan to organize and take part in the Users Workshop 2012

    • Provide Support to move coordinator

    • Point of contact for Emergency Evacuation
